Double-Color Polycarbonate Solid Sheet UV resistance

The dual-color PC sheet, featuring different colors on each side, is highly suitable for architectural projects requiring special visual effects. In the UNION production line, three extruders A, B, and C work together to produce a variety of co-extruded products such as A/B, A/B/A, A/B/C, and A/B/C/A. Here, A represents UV resin, B represents PC resin of one color, and C represents PC resin of another color. The designation A/B/C indicates a dual-color sheet with a UV layer on one side. By adjusting the extrusion speeds of B and C, specific dual-color ratios can be achieved.
